Did you buy it on the Steps store or Townsend? Because it's quite easy to cancel your order there, if they haven't processed it yet! Go to "My Orders" - if your order still says "Active", you could cancel it. Click "View", then press "Order Actions", and then select "Cancel All of My Order". :cool:
