You are correct. Love Story (TV) set the precedent earlier this year when that charted separately from the original.

Love to see IB coming for top 5 on singles chart, maybe top 3 even.

 

I can see it maybe getting to #3 this week behind the Sheeran duet.

and for some reason TikTok has decided to bring back an old Billie Eilish track ‘Bored’ at 145 rather than use anything from her brand new album. although I think its a new entry, its from the 13 Reasons Why soundtrack rather than an album.

I mean her current single, 'Happier Than Ever' has been a big Tik Tok hit, which is partly why it has done better than the past few singles (+It's also a better song).
