I’ve just heard remember. It actually sounds really good. I was pleasantly surprised as I was initially disappointed it was a cover of a relatively recent song.

(Sorry to sound dumb and possibly insensitive but what exactly is the situation with Tom's health? I got the impression from his Instagram he had 'recovered' and that was the reason for the reunion and charity concert but I just saw on their Wikipedia page he's actually got an inoperable Stage 4 tumor and I feel pretty sad now? :( )

As far as I understand it, having read a recent article he does have a stage 4 inoperable glioblastoma which he has been aggressively treating with chemotherapy and radiotherapy - whilst this has significantly reduced the tumour, it's still very much there.

 

So much admiration for how he's approached and handled all this though, and his sheer determination. He's an amazing man.

He really is. I absolutely adore him. The way his eyes lit up during the concert and how moved he was brought a tear to my eye.

 

I'm looking forward to the new single. I got my Mum tickets to see them at the Hydro but now I wish I kept them for myself. :lol:

Il keep my fingers crossed his treatment continues to work so positively. Hard to predict how their greatest hits will do, it would be great if they could manage top 10.

For anybody interested, Tom and his wife Kelsey allowed cameras to follow his cancer journey over the last year for a Channel 4 documentary called Tom Parker: Inside My Head. It will air this Sunday night at 9pm!

He really is doing brilliantly. Stage 4 glioblastoma has an absolutely awful survival rate and the fact he's aiming to be cancer free by March 2022 is mind blowing. Here's hoping that happens :heart:

Where did you get the tracklist from? Nothing is coming up on the site when I look. Disappointing tracklist as both are already on the deluxe album so no incentive to buy this sadly.
