Missundaztood (stylized as M!ssundaztood) is the second studio album by American singer and songwriter Pink. Her breakthrough album, it was released worldwide on November 20, 2001, to global commercial and critical success, critics welcoming the more mature pop sound Pink presented on the record, after a dance-pop/R&B debut. The album's four singles received positive reviews from critics and fans alike. The songs "Get the Party Started", "Don't Let Me Get Me" and "Just like a Pill" became hits on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking inside the top 10 between 2001 and 2002. The album's final single, "Family Portrait", is a vulnerable R&B ballad that Pink wrote about her parents' separation. Although it didn't match the commercial success of the album's first three singles, it was still a hit, peaking inside the top 20 of the Hot 100 at number 18. M!ssundaztood is Pink's most successful album to date and one of the best-selling albums of the 2000s, with sales of 13 million copies worldwide. To promote the album, Pink embarked on her debut headlining concert tour, Party Tour comprising shows at clubs and theatres. Rate each song between 1-10. I had loved all the singles but I wasn’t quite prepared for how good the rest of the album was. When did you buy the album? I was a latecomer to the album. Didn’t get it until April 2006, the same day I got I’m Not Dead! Try This was my first Pink album and I wanted this too but had to wait until I had money. What is your favourite overall track? I'd been following Pink since CTMH but my music tastes had changed the same as Pink's music style had changed. When did you buy the album? I can't remember exactly. Sometime within the year of its released. I lent it to a friend while i was at school and she had it for so long i ended up buying another copy. Since then I have a total of 5 copies including a special edition which i found in manchester on a shopping trip which came with a notebook. What is your favourite overall track? What were your first thoughts of the album? Well I only knew the singles at the time, I was maybe 22 when I first listened to all the album tracks. Style-wise it was a lot more varied than I expected, I thought it would be more pop-rock but I didn't mind it being more pop instead When did you buy the album?
