Would love to see 'Get You Down' making the top 40 this week - nothing I've heard so far from this era is grabbing me as much as my faves off his debut tbh but that's definitely my favourite of the ones I have heard and he is way overdue a top 40 hit. It's up to #27 on Apple now, with 'Seventeen Going Under' and 'Spit Of You' both also in the top 40 (#37 and #38 respectively).

 

Jesy stalling at #11, seems she had a lot of early curiosity streams but already showing signs of that not translating into long term success? Honestly I completely forgot that was coming out this week lol

Amazing for Jesy being at number 8, still very intrigued to see what she does on Spotify.
I am surprised to not see Maneskin at all considering this is their first new single after blowing up with beggin’ and IWBYS. Do we think there might be some sort of glitch or are they just bombing?

those omissions were intentional, I only include the top 3 from an album bomb if the others are outside the top 40 seeing as they won’t be chart eligible

They are getting some support but not in the top 20 of their hits playlist but have a playlist of their essentials promoted alongside Jesy Nelson so they are there but generally in the rock playlists rather than the pop ones just yet. But top 5 in future hits list!

If ‘Get You Down’ is top 20 combined it surely has a decent chance of top 40 this week unless it bombs in day 3 onwards!
Jessy even charting on Amazon at #77, which is very rare on Amazon on day 1, Alexa approves!! :D
I remember a huge disparity between ‘ZITTI E BUONI’s chart positions on Apple and Spotify but that wasn’t really the case for their hits since. Shame that ‘MAMMAMIA’ isn’t in the Apple top 200 but shall wait and see what the Spotify update is like.

followed by Long Way Off (#42) and Spit f you (#43)

Get Down is #55 only on Spotify but the highest combined on Apple
