How often does Spotify update the number of streams a song has?

cos now Hello has 1183 million streams, would be a matter of tracking that figure and comparing it to the rest of Adele tracks

25 being in the top 10 album chart friday I wonder where that will be next week with the new single? It’s going to be a massive week, could 25 reach the top 5 next week?
I quite like 'Hello' myself but do know lots of people thought it was a bit heavy sounding and a bit mournful at the time.
I'm gonna stick my neck out and predict a debut of 110k (and I think it is more likely to be under that than over). Maybe I'll look silly in a couple of weeks

Definitely

I mean that doesn't yet tell us much about what her first week chart sales are going to be tbf xx (especially as her download sales look like they aren't going to be as dominant as they were assumed to be)

But yeah, 110k was probably a lowball.

110k was your daydream. Bad Habits did this with 4-4.5M on weekly Spotify UK. Easy On Me will beat those numbers in two days.

Streets are saying that Adele did a whopping 49 MILLION streams on Spotify on Friday (worldwide). We have to wait and see if this is true. If it is… DAMN.

Brief list of "targets" to beat if you like:

117k done by Olivia with Good 4 U in June (looks like she should easily gallop past this one but might as well include it anyway)

158k done by LadBaby last Christmas

170k done by Artists For Grenfell in 2017

226k done by Shape Of You in 2017

332k done by herself with Hello in 2015 (unlikely but the ultimate success if she exceeded every expectation and bettered herself)

She has really told the story over the last 3 mains singles, Rolling in The Deep we saw her building the house, Hello we saw here move in and now in Easy on Me saw her move out and love on

I think Hello is pretty unattainable given the drastic drop in the sales market since then (and the fact that Easy On Me isn't doing insane numbers on iTunes), but Shape of You will be the interesting one to watch. That did 89,465 from streaming and 137,343 from sales. Personally I'm going to predict for Easy On Me: 150k - 180k from streaming, 30k - 50k from sales.

But this time she is also selling the cassette version of the single and that will likely mask the drop in digital sales.

Hence why I predicted 30k - 50k from sales instead of 25k - 35k, which looks to be the figures she'll get from downloads lol

I'd say 35k on downloads, 20k on cassettes and 230-240k overall.

Which is the streaming / copy ratio in the UK?

2.8M how many copies are?

We have a split between paid for streams (1:100) and free streams (1:600) so without knowing the split it is difficult to gauge exactly what ‘sales’ have come from that one day.

The fake cassettes have a November release date, so they won't count this week. Am I wrong?
