Def Top 40, while im really it has repeaked on a couple of occasions i would love if it could do the same this year and eve make it to number 30.
I have said this before, it's good this gets kylie back in the charts yearly now but it's a shame that it can do so much better than any of her singles especially lead singles such as say something. It's also turned into one of her best ever selling singles and again she has tones of songs that are far better. I am grateful though that it does well and keeps kylies name out there and I'm all for it getting a higher and higher peak, she should do a physical of it though and whack on a b side,,could help her go top 20.
All depends on playlisting - a decent place will result in a Top 30, if it’s not highlighted it will linger around the bottom end of the charts.
I would be over the moon with top 30 this year so fingers crossed it happens, imagine if kylie performed it on some show how much it could boost it.

I am hoping there is a new top 30 peak this year. Love the fact this song pops up each year. A nice little CD single one year could really boost its chart place.

 

This will soon be Kylies 3rd million selling single.

Is Santa Baby a good promo for Kylie or does it not matter? I imagine some people listening to Santa Baby and wondering what happened to Kylie, discovering her latest music, and buying or streaming it. Is that just wishful thinking on my part or is it really happening?

Ideally santa baby would remind people to stream other kylie music or her greatest hits.

They could do so much with it if they wanted - tack it onto Kylie’s GH each Q4, move it to the top of her streaming playlist, festive remix etc
