Rehearsal looks INSANE, at this point I'm very confident in top 10 at the very least

What’s the staging like for it? Hopefully an improvement on the giant trumpets from last year.

The staging looks gorgeous. Surely there's nothing holding the UK back?
Before the rehearsal I was thinking anything lower than top 10 would be a disappointment, at this stage I think it's time to raise expectations to top 5.
I hope it all falls into place for him! Will be pretty devastating if we miss the top ten with all this effort and pretty much every single box being ticked, where would we go from there? Waiting for our public vote score will be quite some level of nerve-wracking! I'm now certain the juries will reward it, it looks and he sounds incredible.

I’m gonna predict 200+ points from juries (really hope juries from Eastern Europe are also on board)

Think he will get 80-90 points from public - sadly I think there are a lot of people who will not vote for the Uk

If he doesn’t finish top 10 it will be a travesty

Yeah I’m fully expecting a very strong jury vote for Sam considering Lucie came 10th.

It’s a really big metal silver structure on stage that looks a bit sci-fi ish, there’s been a lot of staging mishaps with other acts it seems so I think they will really stand out!!

Really deserves top 5/top 10 from what i’ve seen and heard, however I’m predicting somewhere between 10-15 still.

Oh lord. Thr BBTory really have him flying about the stage in a giant spaceship, don't they?? :cheeseblock:

No.

Ok let’s allow to dream - Manchester 2023 - who’s going to host?

French & Saunders with live commentary from Same Difference

I'd say the BBC would go really obvious, have Graham, Rylan (mainly Green room) and AJ Odudu - whilst Scott Mills does the commentary across all three shows.

They need a French speaking host don’t they and I’m presuming none of those can speak French fluently?

Prays that Mel Giedroyc is a francophile

I'm reading so many negative comments about the UK entry on TikTok like: 'It's all the same' that I've changed my mind and I'm thinking UK will struggle to make the top 10. :(
I predict the jury top three will be UK, Sweden and Greece. In what order, I don’t know. I can easily envisage UK winning the jury vote with a solid top ten televote result tbqhwy.
