Anyone going to order TLC? I honestly can't be bothered, not looking forward to Miz/Orton, Edge/Kane or Cena/Barrett. Sheamus/Morrison sounds good but not enough for me to bother with it really. Will have to try and find it online or something!

Yeah, TLC doesn't sound very tempting at all. They wasted the TLC match on Edge and Kane who I can't see doing anything interesting even in a match like this. "Chairs" matches don't even make sense. Why not just allow everything instead?

 

Morrison vs. Sheamus should easily be MOTN if no other matches get added. And I'm slightly intrigued by the women's table match as well, tbh. Especially since those are the only 4 women in the WWE that can actually wrestle (minus Gail Kim). :D

 

This could actually be one of the very rare occasions where a TNA PPV is better than the following WWE PPV. Because the under- and mid-card of the last TNA PPV was very very good.

 

 

But how STUPID is that Cena/Nexus angle? WHY THE f*** was Cena fired when he still showed up on every RAW and gets rehired just 3 weeks later. Ridiculous. And they now basically are at the exact same spot they were in 3 months ago: Cena wanting to "destroy every member of Nexus". He claims there's only Barrett left but I still see those other members walking besides Barrett so he can't have "destroyed" them too badly. There are 100 different and more interesting ways they could have gone with this. This is just boring. :/

Fully agreed about Cena/Nexus, it's been pointless and boring for months now. I'm not very happy with the whole main event scene in WWE right now to be honest, it's all very old and boring. Been thinking recently about who's going to win the Rumble, and I can't see anyone other that Orton or Cena winning it :(

I kinda agree.

 

It's actually not old on RAW when you look at it with Miz as champion and Sheamus and Morrison having a #1 contender's match but you just know that one of Cena/Orton/HHH will have the title back by Wrestlemania. :/

 

 

 

But after SD!, the TLC PPV has just gotten MILES better.

 

They added a ladder match between Kofi, Dolph and Jack Swagger and added Rey and Alberto Del Rio to the TLC match. I am VERY much looking forward to those 2 matches now. :D

Decent PPV last night in the end, although I was only half paying attention as it was quite late, will watch again later on I think!

 

Miz v Morrison at the Rumble as expected (albeit a different route to what I thought, thought Morrison would win KOTR and go on from there). I'm interested in that match a lot, but I don't think it's going to make Miz look that good, Morrison is very exciting in the ring (to me anyway) and I think it's only going to make Miz look more boring, which I don't think is going to be a good thing considering Miz is very likely to retain the title. Still, it does look like one of the most interesting main title matches in WWE for some time!

Oh wow. Who'd have thought this time a couple of years ago, Mizorrison would be fighting it out for the big title? :o - Not that i'm complaining as Morrison is f***ing awesome! I really need to get back into WWE! GAH! :arrr:

I didn't even expect it 6 months ago, when Raw was left with Cena/Orton/HHH/Sheamus/Jericho/Edge and Batista (despite being on SD) still going after Cena after the draft. Felt sure that the title would be stuck on Cena, Orton and HHH all year, with the likes of Miz and Morrison getting no chance whatsoever. Actually really looking forward to the Royal Rumble now, for a reason other than the Rumble match for once!

He has a reputation of doing that and I'm pretty sure the WWE wanted to test him, and he failed.

 

 

 

Finally managed to watch TLC and wow, Sheamus vs. Morrison is a genuine MOTYC for me. :o Certainly one of the best ladder matches I have seen. There were almost no moments where it looked set up (e.g. someone trying for 2 minutes to grab the contract) and they hit everything perfectly. Morrison has really been getting miles better again since he started working with Sheamus.

 

The 4way TLC match was kinda disappointing. There were countless moments where it did look set up and/or where the huge ladder was in the way. Del Rio's table bump was sick, though. I thought he was actually hurt. And Edge winning is terrible. Edge as face doesn't work.

 

Miz vs. Orton was surprisingly good. I really liked the finish. The match between Barrett and Cena was decent but the post-match "beatdown" was terrible. How the f*** is it supposed to hurt Barrett when Cena pulls down those chairs when Barrett lies under that steel thing or what it was? I guess this storyline is over now. Thank god. :S

Not just yet. They are apprarently keeping the feud going to wrestlemania area :mellow: but I hope that isn't true. Glad that they've given Morrison a long due push. Hope he faces Miz at the Rumble and wins cause let's face it. Miz sucks :D

I could only live with keeping the feud until WM if at the end, either Barrett gets a clean victory or Cena turns heel. :P

 

I strongly disagree about the Miz, though. :D He's the most interesting champion in ages. And I love matches where the story is that the opponents know each other's offensive moves so well that they have to come up with new/innovative variations of them. I'm actually looking forward more to that match than the Rumble match.
