I really liked him on ECW, he put on some really good matches with Christian, but the move to Raw seemed to set him right back. And now he's the champion, it's a bit weird :lol: But I would like him to stay as a heel for now, just to see where this title run is going.....

Yeah. There is certainly no denying he has the in-ring talent. I just hate his character so much. (And not in the way that WWE want us to hate a heel either). It's quite weird. I hate the whole "All American, American" gimmick so much too. I think he would make a great heel in the next year or so, but at the moment, I'm really not feeling it. It's quite odd...

LOL I'm not the biggest fan of that either really, Kurt Angle version 2.

 

The whole thing is a bit weird to me, I still think Christian should have won, what with the 2 people Swagger is currently fighting against? :mellow: Swagger has loads of history with Jericho and Edge doesn't he WWE, and Christian has none? The WWE is so random at times :lol:

I was quite looking forward to a Christian/Edge feud. Their last one was actually quite good. Now they're both established as main eventers, I think they'd easily trump their old feud tbh. WWE fucked up by not having that feud imo.

 

I know I keep saying it, but I honestly want Matt to get a break. He has more heart than anybody and genuinely loves what he does. Hasn't broken any rules or anything (as far as I know), he's also more than willing to push newer superstars if needs be (example his Tag Team/US Championship feud with MVP was amazing - One of my fave feuds of the last 5 years or so at least, in fact). I don't know why WWE aren't willing to give him his big championship break :(

And he isn't that good anymore, IMO. He was awesome in 2008 I think it was. On the same level as Christian last year, putting on a very good TV match almost every week. But this year, he kinda sucked so far.

I guess a safe bet for the draft is Orton to SD! to challenge Swagger. It has already been set up with the defeat last week and maybe they want to get Orton away from Cena since he is already getting bigger pops than him most of the time and Cena is supposed to be the top face after all. :lol:

It's all about the time that Edge has abit of a face turn though. They want some change and turn him face again as he's been heel for 5 years pretty much. It'll probs fade off and he turns heel again by the end of the year.

Amazing.

Gutted for Maryse though. But I'm sure she'll have another stint with the belt and Eve has improved no ends recently. So she deserves it. Maryse should feud with Mickie or Gail Kim now though. Away from the title.

 

 

That's one thing WWE don't do anymore for the divas. They never have mini storylines for them. The only storylines are if they're going for a women's belt.

 

Also, get the women mingling with the guys like the old times! I want Beth as intercontinental champion now please :wub:

The Miz was on Blue Peter today. Lol

Just watched RAW and I have to say that the best thing on the show for me was actually everything involving Sheamus. He came across great, IMO. I would have never thought that I would say that 2 or 3 months ago but I really enjoy watching him now.

 

Carlito vs. Bourne was really good as well and actually got some time even.

 

The visual with Cena at the end counting to 10 was also great. Really looking forward to the LMS match. I can actually see a four-way match for the SD title between Swagger, Orton, Jericho and Edge as well. Which should rule. :dance:

This is off-topic but I have to say this:

 

You HAVE to watch Angle vs. Anderson from TNA Lockdown from last night!!! Best cage match since Edge vs. Matt from Unforgiven 2005 and it might even be better than that. Angle is an idiot for doing what he did but you gotta love it.

 

Better than anything at WrestleMania and my current MOTY. And I'm serious.
