So hot in the heels of the recent vinyl release of Fever, what next would be your ideal release on vinyl from Kylie, i have listed all the albums for those who may want different versions of vinyls to be released on albums that already got the vinyl treatment already.

Impossible Princess! And by some distance too, her best album for me.

Easily impossible princess for me but i would love to have all her albums on vinyl, i do have the original enjoy yourself vinyl but would love a new version as i got it as a present when it was originally released and while still in good condition the 11 year old me back in 1989 could possibly have taken even better care of it.

Realistically which album do you think they might do next on vinyl, i feel Kylie knows fans want impossible princess but the label could be thinking more which album will sell most although i think initially which ever album gets released next will sell the same regardless of what it is as its likely going to be yet another limited release.

Imagine how glorious the Impossible Princess artwork would look - I'm thinking the limited edition should recreate the holographic sleeve *.*

Given the choice i would pick the holographic sleeve for the IP vinyl and they could use the general cover for the back sleeve.

Impossible Princess is the dream vinyl.

It’s all about rights and ownership tbh, there are multiple companies holding Kylie’s work (PWL, Parlophone, BMG/Deconstruction and Kylie herself).

 

BMG own the rights to KM94 and IP so can easily release on vinyl - interesting that they have done so with KM94 themselves and licensed it out to other companies to do the same but totally bypassed IP.

With BMG owing the rights to Impossible Princess they should without hesitation get it into production as I strongly feel there is high demand for a vinyl of the album.

I'm really surprised they havnt though but maybe they will think about now that fever releases are done so after disco deluxe they might do it to bridge the gap until the next kylie release.

I would like them to proceed with the vinyl mid next year so we have something to look forward to.

Once Body Language is out, the only Kylie studio album left that’s never been released on vinyl is X! Please don’t leave it until 2027/2028… :drama:

 

Given that the first Fever vinyl was in 2017 and Light Years followed in 2018, at that time I never would have guessed that we’d have to wait until 2024 for Body Language, and that we’d still not have X. Issuing her albums on vinyl has certainly been a very drawn out process.

 

I still hope for Enjoy Yourself, Rhythm of Love, Let’s Get to It and Aphrodite reissues, because those are gaps in my collection.

 

I have Light Years & Kiss Me Once, but it would be nice if those were reissued too because they’ve been out of print for a long time. I’d probably get a Kiss Me Once reissue too, the one I have was bought second hand and it’s a bit creased in the corners. I wonder how much Kiss Me Once vinyl retailed for in 2014? I bet it was quite reasonable at the time even though it’s a 2LP & CD!

 

I really would like for there to be a point in time when all of her albums are readily available on vinyl but it doesn’t seem like it’ll happen? Currently these studio albums are widely available: Kylie (preorder), Impossible Princess, Fever, Body Language (preorder), Kylie Christmas, Golden, Disco & Tension. Half of her albums. I noticed that Kylie Minogue 1994 seems to have become unavailable. :thinking:

The limited edition KMO boxset cost me £45 on pre-order in 2014 and I remember people kicking off how expensive it was! :lol: It’s certainly a lot more expensive now!

I'd love let's get to it to get a full on re release and go top 10.

Rhythm of love does also deserve a much higher peak than number 9.
