Spiceworld25 CD is now on sale on amazon UK for £24 and the Picture disk is reduced to £25

 

Hopefully it will go even lower in January, that's what I am hoping for :P

It is actually much better designed and looks much classier in person than Spice25 CD.

It’s more I am no longer a collector and have no interest in a CD that doesn’t really offer any new content and demos are not it for me. I don’t particularly like the silver background either but had there been better content I would have bought it.

I will eventually buy it but Im a bit pressed at paying such amounts for a CD that was so lackluster, sorry.

 

From the quality of the sound to the uninteresting design, lack of interesting content, etc. I also don't particularly like the fact that the design team/company used fan-edited pictures. I understand that it must be exciting for fans to see their content printed on such a release, but I think it screams unprofessionalism and would rather they pay real talent to do it.

 

And lets not even talk about that tracklist which is the most uninspired and 'this will do' type of affair. Getting Step To Me on streaming finally is cute and welcome. Besides that, it was shocking the awful quality of the live tracks, the slowed down Youtube-rip for the Step To Me demo and the lackluster Party Mix.

 

If it gets to like £15 I will buy it but I have the same exact feeling about it I had when buying that 'delux' version of Emma's last album. It still feels somewhat like a rip off, personally.

This. It is nice they put Step to me on it but otherwise I really have no interest. Hopefully one day the GH gets a re-release with step to me and NGUOTGT (and some new tracks would be great but no chance of that) and I will get that instead.

At some point a new Greatest hits will get a release something like the Ultimate Collection so Step to Me can be at least added, maybe if that happens they will get this release right.
