Just noticed that there is a hiddent, unpublished video on their YouTube Channel under 'Live Performances' playlist... Maybe a Viva Forever performance for the anniversary? That would be wonderful actually, specially one we haven't seen yet.

I doubt they will do the Wembley 1998 version as it would mean no Gerita

The poor social network intern getting an extra job this week.

it is probably all we are going to get, sadly...
I dont even have a TikTok lol... too many social media accounts to keep up with, Im so bored...

Just seen some fans sharing the Viva Forever filter and damn... it is indeed incredibly boring and AGAIN based on the boring 'Which Spice Girl Are You?' question

Let's hope there is something else coming cos that filter looks like a fan-edit of a filter... the fairies look cute, but honestly who cares... They could have done a proper filter where people get wings added to their pictures or whatever, but no... they had to go for the least interesting...

Spiceworld is FINALLY available on Apple Music in Dolbi Atmos

Weird that there has been no announcement at all about it, just turned up online... I havent listened yet though!!

Might be announced in some way tomorrow hopefully, they defo should make a big deal about it.
Has anyone listened to it yet? I lost my apple ipods this year so sadly it doesnt work for me (URGH damn apple with its disgustingly high prices!!)

This is why you need to move to anDroiD

WAIT I PLUGGED MY COMPUTER TO MY WIRELESS SPEAKERS AND IT WORKEDDSS!!!!! :cheer:

The Drums in Spice Up Your Life are amazing!! The 'aaaaaaahhhhh' at the end of the bridge is mainly Mel B and she sounds AMAZING! Mel C and Victoria sound more polished in the verses too, you can hear them better.

Stop sounds almost the same, but you can hear Emma in the chorus in even more, almost like she leads it with the others as backing vocals.

Too Much sounds DIVINE, so lush!! Victoria sounds amazing in her verse here. Mel C's ad libs throughout are just stunning. Emma still leads the chorus although it feels more prominent (its just her most of the time with the others doing backing in some bits, and you can hear this better now).

Saturday Night Divas seems like almost a new mix. It's good!

Never Give Up On The Good Times seems faster, almost like a single mix and you can hear the instruments much better!! IM BOPPING!! What a lost single!!! They all sound GORGEOUS on it (although there is no sad that Victoria bad note at the end of the second verse, somehow it is even more prominent here)!! Much more life to it than the original!! The 'hey now look around' bits sound more subdued at first but then kick in proper! Love it!

Move Over seems, like Stop, mostly the same although their voices sound a bit more muted in the chorus and in some bits of the verses. Same with Denying.

Do It feels more muted as well. Mel B sounds great though! As a song, it remains trash :smoke:

Viva Forever remains a classic. The guitars sound so GORGEOUS here and there a few other small flourishes here in there that lift the production even more. It's lovely! The ad libs sound a bit more muted but f*** me, what a perfect song anyway. Emma's opening verse? Perfection! The way hers and Mel B voices blend in the 'hasta mañana' bit? Perfection. Victoria's verse with Emma backing her up? Perfection.

The Lady Is A Vamp Not much difference although the instrumental is more prominent and you can hear the band's individual sounds better. You can also hear the vocals much more clear than before, specially in the chorus and the verses! Emma and Geri really carry this song, you can tell they really were into it here.

OVERALL

It seems like there was more thought and polishing going into Spiceworld's Atmos version, than on Spice where it was a bit more messy. The production is clear and in great quality actually, which is surprising!

Overall, some nice surprises and it was great to hear the songs again with slightly different takes. It isnt too different from the original, in a way that perhaps Spice was more adventurous, but the quality is tighter here and it stands on its own. It could be the standard version and it would be perfect, whereas Spice sometimes was not.

Loved it! A very welcome addition to Spiceworld25, perhaps the thing that I was wanting the most from the campaign. Can't believe we finally have it after it was left off the original launch and release last year.

Wonder why it took so long to upload? We know Biff said he did Spice and Spiceworld Dolby Atmos back in 2021, so I wonder why this delay? Strange...

Either way, YAY  I could buy the album again to be honest lol

Have those dolby ones been uploaded to youtube, or tidals?

Not yet, maybe tomorrow?

Dolby Atmos versions throw me a bit, because it makes it sound like listening to brand new versions, as opposed to them being super great quality of the songs we know and love. So it's a bit of a weird listening experience, for me. 'Spice' sounded so different in parts.

I'll have a listen to Spiceworld soon and see what I think. Thanks for those comments Mr.X!

Also random but Spice Up Your Life by itself was briefly available on Dolby Atmos back in May, but I think it was removed quite quickly?

I heard the same differences in Spice Up Your Life as Mr.X. Cool to hear ahhhh more prominently from Mel B!

The brass in Stop sounds more prominent to me. I can hear a tambourine more clearly in the verses! Agreed that the chorus has become Emma's lead here. Nice!

Oh yes, Emma's harmony is way more noticeable on this version of Too Much. The outro sounds a bit different to me too. Some instruments feel more prominent.

Saturday Night Divas - "Get down get deeper and down" sounds quite different somehow! There's little "sparkly sounding" flourishes in the instrumental that I don't think are in the original version. Overall it comes across like it's slightly more uptempo.

Changes in Never Give Up on the Good Times... yeah, it's mostly seems to be that some instruments are more clear, particularly in the chorus that starts before the 3 minute mark. The way it leads into the chorus around 3:40 sounded quite different though!

Move Over did sound a bit flatter, somehow. Some ad-libs felt very far back in the mix.

I didn't really detect a whole lot different about Do It.

Denying - Mel B's part in the middle 8/bridge of the latter sounded different - and Mel B in the last chorus sounds so lush!

Oh Viva Forever is gorgeous. I think it's Geri that I can hear more prominently on the chorus than the normal version. Like Mr.X, loving how the guitars sound.

I don't even know why but The Lady Is a Vamp sounds so much better to me here than the normal version. Emma's prominent vocals around the 2 minute mark, love!

Overall I have to agree with Mr.X, this is a much better effort than Spice's Dolby Atmos version. I feel like the essence of the normal versions of the tracks has been maintained well on Spiceworld. Some songs work better than others, but overall, great! Although I don't think I would abandon listening to those normal versions entirely.
