Jesy Nelson featuring Nicki Minaj - Boyz

The Smurfs - I've Got A Little Puppy

This is the only Buzzjack poll where you are likely to see Jesy Nelson and The Smurfs in the same place.

Yes and The Smurfs song is better than Jesy's. -_-

the Jesy and Ed songs tanking out we love to see it x

Get Busy and Dance The Night Away probably deserved a higher score (I can see why they didn't tho given the amount of great songs to pick from)

The Smurfs - I've Got A Little Puppy

Ed Sheeran - South Of The Border

^Kinda thinking the Smurfs are the most musically-talented out of those 3 :D :D :D

Eminem - When I'm Gone

Dalton Harris featuring James Arthur - The Power Of Love

Howard Jones - Like To Get To Know You Well

Andy Stewart with the Michael Sammes Singers - Donald Where's Your Troosers

From 1984, this was Howard Jones' fourth top 10 single, one of many songs by him with a positive message. Donald Where's Your Troosers originally reached number 37 in 1960 but after being played by Simon Mayo on his Radio 1 show in 1989, it was re-issued for the Christmas market and got to number 4, a fact which got me a pointless answer on Jim's recent quiz. The most recent X Factor winner, Dalton Harris, also makes an appearance.

Zucchero and Paul Young - Senza Una Donna (Without A Woman)

Love this  I think I gave it a few points but it definitely deserved more than 8 points!

Glad that my votes meant North Country Boy and Andy Stewart make an appearance in this rate!

The Automatic - Monster

James Blunt - Bonfire Heart

Berri - The Sunshine After The Rain

Moloko - Sing It Back

Olivia Newton-John - A Little More Love

Jay Sean - Stolen

Bonnie Tyler - It's A Heartache

The Weeknd - Earned It

This was Bonnie Tyler's first release since having surgery to remove nodules from her vocal folds which left her with an unusually husky voice. It was a number 1 in many countries and sold six million copies worldwide. James Blunt is the only one on this list with a second song still to come.

Athlete - Wires

Bo Selecta - Proper Crimbo

Badfinger - Come And Get It

Jason Derulo - Trumpets

Gorgon City featuring MNEK - Ready For Your Love

Professor Green featuring Tori Kelly - Lullaby

The Kinks - Dedicated Follower Of Fashion

Leona Lewis and Avicii - Collide

McFly featuring Taio Cruz - Shine A Light

Roxy Music - Angel Eyes

Written in 1966 about the people who frequented the clothes shops of Carnaby Street, this was The Kinks' seventh top 10 hit. Roxy Music's second and final song appears along with the song that Athlete will be best known for.

'Monster' & 'Wires' two great indie records there. Also like the James Blunt song too. Not a surprise it's not picked up more points though.

Black Box - I Don't Know Anybody Else

Chris Brown - Forever

Joel Corry - Lonely

Eminem - Mockingbird

Mr Big - Romeo

Christina Milian featuring Young Jeezy - Say I

Marshmello & Anne-Marie - Friends

Ed Sheeran - You Need Me, I Don't Need You

Snow Patrol - Signal Fire

Alvin Stardust - Pretend

I haven't heard this for a long while but still remember the rather lewd lyrics. Just reading up about it now, it was banned for a while by the BBC after Mary Whitehouse complained. I'm not convinced the band intended some of the lines to have a double meaning. Mr Big are not to be confused with the group of the same name who had a top 3 hit in 1992. Also here are Pretend, the song that started Alvin Stardust's 80s revival, and Black Box's follow-up to their massive number 1 single.

Some more decent songs there from Ed, Alvin, Snow Patrol and Christina (fairly forgotten actually). He (Chris Brown) as a person is a different story but 'Forever' is a tune!

Edited by Roba.

Lots of great songs in the 9-11 zone though I don’t think I quite voted for any of them!

I Don’t Know Anybody Else was a great follow up to Ride On Time (in fact I prefer it).

Forever is one of Chris Brown’s best.

Shine A Light was a surprisingly good offering so deep into McFly’s career.

Sing It Back is a classic - how did it only get 9?

Also really like Ready For Your Love, Wires, Stolen and The Sunshine After The Rain.

The Beatles - Real Love

Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber - Stuck With U

Gladys Knight and the Pips - The Way We Were

Kool and The Gang - Cherish

Man 2 Man meets Man Parrish - Male Stripper

Cherish was the last of seven top 10 hits for Kool and The Gang from 1979 to 1985. We also have Gladys Knight's cover of the Barbara Streisand song, The Way Were, and the Beatles' rehashed song from 1996, Real Love. All three of their singles that peaked at number 4 have received votes.
