There’s no need for almost all of those songs to get resets, it’s just going to make the chart a lot of more boring and stale for the next few weeks…

Songs like Better Days and Drive already have long chart runs

at this rate, Sam Fender will go from potential #2 to just #5

Bruno has been also doing crazy high numbers on Youtube all week, and Coming for You is also doing well on YT with 2 versions on the top 20

They must have added the boxset for Kylie even though it hasn’t been dispatched yet as far as I know…

As things currently stand, Coming for You isn't likely to overtake but Bruno couuuld.

Olivia could potentially push LM down to 5 by looks of it

She caught up by a whole 2 sales in the past 24 hours so not looking likely right now!

The fact that songs like The Motto and Sweet Talker could miss out on going top 40 this week now thanks to months old songs grabbing a few weeks weeks in the charts…

The really need to rethink the post Xmas reset/ACR rules I reckon now

Oh that’s good! If only LM could take over Abba! (Not likely)

Just so I understand it correctly, is a manual reset specifically a reset at the request of the label, as in "we're asking for this to be reset because we're currently pushing this is as a single"?
Weren't the OCC podt-Xmas changes to stop songs like EOM doing exactly this? I don't get how they can justify resetting it

Yup, and the OCC allow a few of these at the start of the year to temporarily replace automatic (25% increase) resets cause the Christmas changeover distorts the market.

Agreed, the only songs out of this update that deserve to be reset are TMSG and Overpass Graffiti IMO, the rest have had their runs last year and didn’t need to be reset, and like you said the fact that it might push songs like The Motto and Sweet Talker out the top 40 too…

It certainly appears Tell Me Something Good hasn't been reset. I'm now thinking a bunch of tracks could still get reset by the end of the week, including that, Overpass Graffiti and Coming For You.

Called it.
