February 3, 20223 yr Author Yep that's right we definitely ended the session on 'With A Little Help From My Friends' ^_^ I distinctly remember us finishing with a Beatles-related trio (Hey Jude, Mary's song is produced by Paul and released on the Apple label, Beatles cover!) Sorry to hear about the computer failure D: Thanks a bunch. Worse things have happened at sea. As another point, I've just took a new job - my regular working pattern shouldn't interfere with these sessions, but should anyone be able to host these sessions if for any reason I become unavailable on a Sunday (it's likely to be an irregular thing if it happens, so it would be the odd session not every one) can you get in contact via PM.
February 6, 20223 yr Author Just a quick post to say this is going ahead, despite the list not being posted up.

February 6, 20223 yr In case anyone was concerned about me following my unresolved tripped fuse issue at the end of today's session, the issue has been sorted now :magic: (a shame about that interrupting my presence for the last few songs today but ah well - thanks for running this again as usual, quite a few good discoveries from today's batch!)

Thanks for the thanks, these sessions are fast becoming one of the highlights of my week. Just looking at the list and there's some real 70s shit this week so be warned.
February 11, 20223 yr I’m looking forward to the 1970s naffness tbh - what’s the end song likely to be?

February 11, 20223 yr I keep forgetting about this and only remember when I spot it on a Monday! And the one week I see it in time I'm out at a concert on Sunday evening and won't have internet access beforehand.
February 11, 20223 yr I keep forgetting about this and only remember when I spot it on a Monday! And the one week I see it in time I'm out at a concert on Sunday evening and won't have internet access beforehand. Hope you can join in after this week. They have been great so far.
February 17, 20223 yr Author Just an early heads up that due to a last minute family commitment I can't do the session this Sunday. If someone else's wants to run it can send them the data otherwise I can pick things back up the week after. Sorry guys
February 20, 20223 yr I’m too much of a technophobe to volunteer to host - don’t suppose it matters if we skip a week anyway.
February 20, 20223 yr Yes I suggest we skip this week so Chartfridays can pick it up again next week.
February 20, 20223 yr Author Hey no worries chartfridays :) Hope all is well Nothing bad, just a scheduling conflict. Looks like the decision is to skip, see you next week.
February 20, 20223 yr That’s fine by me as I missed last weeks due to a family commitment too so this is a good opportunity for me to catch up! Which song did you get up to?
February 20, 20223 yr You should all check out the Chart Music podcast this afternoon instead when you get the chance :) https://chartmusiccouk.wordpress.com/

I think Gonna Make You A Star by David Essex but I'm awful at remembering. Think I wanted to avoid playing Barry White twice....
