Don’t get the arguements about Ed only doing better because of ‘fake streams’ I mean if that does occur it’s because he releases genuinely popular songs that become hits. If the same was the case with Adele she would be continuing to be listened to but isn’t. I don’t understand the comparison with these two artists anyway but sure!

If it's not on the album it shouldn't count. They're not streaming the album they're streaming the song. OCC should fix this.

Must be very close but may have missed its chance now as it’s only doing about 7k per week and the bar for the Too 100 goes up by around that much every week.

Wow album sales are shocking when as an example somethin like ArrDee's 'Pier Pressure' can have a very respectable chart run of 13 weeks in the top 30 and still only sell 55k (of which most were streams).

but in truth it probably sold close to zero :) it's all fake streams from playlists cos his album is. sorta greatest hits

 

same with Taylor. why is 1989 doing better? cos it has so many hits, any album with 4/5 big hits will do better on streams than an album with 1/2 hits like Folklore or Evermore. Album streams calculated by the OCC doesn't measure properly if people stream an album.

Thank You for doing this, TBH i just wish people stopped streaming swift albums pre-reputation. As A medium-rare cooked swiftie myself this is what i have been doing. The less music you can listen too the better you can understand the album's whole story.
