Yes it does, but I believe Billboard most likely follows the same methodology for this as they do for the Billboard Global 200:

 

1 track sale = 200 premium streams = 900 ad-supported

The ad supported to premium stream ratio is 4.5 to 1.

 

Ranking presented based on streaming equivalent units using the following formula:

 

(Tracks * 200) + Premium Streams + (Ad Supported Streams / 4.5)

KSI did sell 7.5k CDs which I presume are not included here - although it's still quite a disparity even excluding those.

On one hand, it’s great to see Hold Me Closer being so stable. On the other hand, quite sad seeing it’s peak here compared to the official Uk chart. A reminder of the benefit ACR can provide clearing out the dead wood.

I think it must be missing some data here for some reason, it has a #3 peak in that 'estimated chart without ACR' thread as well.

The Billboard chart uses a different streaming ratio than the OCC. It has been suggested that it is the same one as they use for streaming songs (1:200 and 1:900 OR possibly 1:250 and 1:1125) AND sales from D2C (ie artist websites etc) are excluded.

Again it depends on where the downloads were purchased. If from Itunes, Amazon etc, then yes they would be counted. If from either Elton John's or Britney Spear's own site (or a similar site that Billboard views as D2C) then no.
