Ben is so frustrating, everything is about him which annoys me, he is first in line to have a go when someone elses messes up and acts like he has never messed up himself, big hypocrite.
God, Ben is such an odious c**t. Kill him off already.

Yep, my sentiments too.

Cannot abide him, especially when trying to be holier than thou.

Whilst I despise some of the stuff Ben comes up with at least some of the characters don't shy away from pulling him up on his own past mistakes
Honestly I’m so bored of this Jay saga, for once someone’s death isn’t just a flash in the pan and they’re actually mourning but it’s just going round in circles at this point :drama: How are they not understanding his grief at all as if they’re all complete and utter saints as well.
Yes @ Jay dragging Billy and Ben tonight (not that it seemed to work). I let out an audible gasp when they dropped Lola's ashes though and how shit that he was in an accident at the end (r00d that we didn't see it tho)

Jay has stood by them all after so much worse. The ‘not caring’ thing they have going on doesn’t come across as real.

Another observation is that no one gave this much of a shit for Chantelle’s kids and ‘being there’ for them back when she died.

Ben's being true to character as far as I'm concerned, he's hot-headed and selfish, but Billy's been acting very out of character this week IMO, I don't believe he'd have ever treated Jay like that. Dropping the ashes felt unnecessary for shock value. Elements of the aftermath have been good (and I'm glad we actually have an aftermath) but I feel like characterisation has just gone out the window for the sake of drama.

This week is the most I've liked Gina so far (actress has been doing a fine job but character has been hard to warm to, deliberately I assume), some great scenes in tonight's episode too! Really like how they've given Anna and Gina very distinct personalities and storylines so far, instead of falling into the Iqra and Habiba trap of arriving together and subsequently doing everything together (Felix and Finlay were similar as far as Finlay went)

Yes I've very much warmed to Gina this week too. An unlikely but also understandable pairing between her and Jay.

As we head into a new week and yet another Halloween party at The Vic with a (for now) surprise under wraps, here's a look at some of the previous years gone by.

They will never have a more iconic Halloween moment than this tbh:

That's a great read.

I'm intrigued about the New Year returns and new faces!

Lauren not coming back on her own either is interesting. Could it be Max as Louie is a given surely?

Yes that’s confirmed

Shirley’s

return which makes sense given Dean’s arrival. Hoping there’s a chance we could see Shabnam too.

Amazing how in a week where they bring back rapist Dean Wicks, they still have me favouring Keanu at the Christmas corpse!
