I think I know why this album works… it’s more like a greatest hits collection rather than an album (does that make sense).

Every song is different to each other but still very much HER. Almost like they’re all singles and we’ve just reached her Greatest Hits.

6.6k would’ve been enough to chart until very recently, streaming has too much weight on the US album chart

That is equivalent to 1.1k-ish in the UK. I have the impression that it's pretty same in the UK - that 1.1k isn't enough for top 200 in some weeks. Last week Suede sold 1.78k and was #100.

I think this album was as Jade's said her experimenting with sounds / concepts so naturally the songs were all going to be different. Personally I think the second album could be bigger as she's learnt so much from this project. You can see the difference from the first show to the later one's and I'm sure the same will apply with the next album.

Maybe she won't have another AOMD moment but I can definitely see her coming back with a HUGE single next year as the lead and it doing well chart wise. She's definitely carved out a strong fanbase away from LM now. It's setting her up for another big Brits moment (HOPEFULLY!!) I'd love her to get another all guns blazing TV moment.

Even her being on some great US Tv slots is amazing. It's definitely just the start I'm almost 100% sure the next album will be equally as successful if not more to be honest.

I really hope she gets a album nom. Is there much competition?

I think it’ll be a toss up between JADE and The Last Dinner Party for the last slot. I really don’t think Ed will get nominated this time!
