Not really surprising since it's Warner.

Hmmm, I've been hearing Frida Öhrn's cover of Fading Like a Flower here and there on radio, so I wonder if that inspired them to go ahead and do a Galantis version? Clearly there's interest...

The original is amazing, I also love the Dancing DJ's version, however a third version...

but why not do another song instead of one of the only one that was a hit as a remix by someone else

gaantis are really the opposite of original

I love the original and also liked dancing DJ's version so i would be interested in this although they could have picked another song with this been done already. Roxette have so many great songs.
the Dancing DJs version was way back in 2005, that's more than plenty of time between two noteworthy dance remakes of a song.

Yeah, basically this and this. Love the original

I think they deliberately waited until the Springtime due to the abundance of flowers that start growing this time of year, plus the artwork clearly has sunflower petals on it. ;)

I heard that preview, and despite reserving judgement, I’m actually getting Kygo & Whitney vibes when he put Higher Love a couple of years back.

Yes there is the Kygo Whitney Houston vibe to it. Im looking forward to hearing it in full and would be happy to see it take off and see Roxette back in the charts, its hard to believe Marie Fredriksson is no longer with us, very talented lady who battled so hard against her cruel illness that took her life nearly 3 years ago and made worse by the fact their drummer also died a year later. Very hard time for Per Gessle experiencing such losses so close to each other.

The original is one of my childhood favourites… I’ll try to be open minded about this but I can’t imagine me loving it

God.

just heard it, I think Galantis should take a (long) break. Their music is getting worse

I am so used to the Dancing DJs version that I know I am not going to like this much :(
