Posted April 29, 20223 yr Has anyone heard or started watching this? Seems another real word of mouth series. I am halfway through the series and absolutely loving it - people have said the finale is one of the best episodes of TV ever. I'd well recommend this show to anyone if they are a fan of character dramas and love HBO shows. On a seperate note, it really does feel as if Apple TV is beginning to find it's place in the market..
April 29, 20223 yr Author The finale was insane. You're in for a treat Rooney. I honestly cannot wait - people have raved about the finale and said the show is up there with the very best. I would usually call this hyperbole, but some of the people whom have said this I have a lot of time for. I've watched 5 episodes and have absolutely no idea what is going on, but the 'Severed' employees are so easy to warm to and I love the complete juxtaposition of Mark. Very excited for the finale.

This show is incredible, I'm avoiding looking it up at all due to spoilers (and I watch things slowly :kink:) but so far it's been marvellous, it's such an excellent concept given how work selves and home selves can mix so much these days and the acting is wonderful.
May 3, 20223 yr Author So the finale was incredible, I was kind of prepared for the change of pace after seeing the commens and people saying it was fast paced. But wow, so many ways this show can go now and definitely a strong Emmy contender you would think. Guessed a couple of the reveals, but that ending - what a cliffhanger! Well worth the hype, easily the best new show of 2022.

May 31, 20223 yr Cannot recommend it enough, gonna take some beating for this being my show of the year! I've finished it now - I've still got a lot of questions and ending at THAT moment was a huge tease, but more reason for things to really change with all the new information they now have (I gasped when I saw the counsellor was Mark's wife! I did have an inkling that Hellie's Outie would be high in power though). It was incredibly acted throughout and I loved that it really went into each character's own circumstances. It's really done excellently creating some real people you care about at the same time as this totally enigmatic atmosphere that still has so many routes to go down, can't wait for the next season x

One of the best episodes actually, loved the mix of lore, beautiful scenery and twist reveals (I didn't think the Helly/Helena twist was super surprising as it was all but confirmed in episode 2, but good the show doesn't keep obvious truths sitting for ages and can progress with the storylines). Still yet to disappoint as a show overall, manages to be an effective sci-fi mystery, commentary and yet still making us really care about the characters.

Agreed that Turturro performance was something else. Just everything. I feel in the second series they are moving at the right pace, answers enough questions while still leaving us wanting more. Hope we're not waiting 3 years for Season 3 though.
February 12Feb 12 I read they are already working on season 3 and apparently the wait won’t be long this time. Thankfully I found out about this only last year and binged the f*** out of season 1 shortly before season 2. Obsessed.

This remains one of my favourite shows I've ever seen. I just love it, it's so gripping!
