008 | Break Up Song [CONFETTI]

> Fun fact... I was actually going to boost this up a couple of spots since I saw them on Tuesday, but decided it wasn't really fair to do that lmaooo. Such a euphoric, 80's inspired pop anthem! One of my absolute favourites from them and the performance on their Confetti Tour just solidified it even more. Incredibly catchy and was a great use of the 80's synth-pop sound that was all the rage back in 2020. I actually have a really, really big soft spot for the video too. I like that it was properly animated and not some cheap "at home" video we got from some artists around that time! <[/i]

007 | Secret Love Song (Part II) [GET WEIRD]

> At #07 is their biggest and best pure ballad. It's ALWAYS a massive highlight whenever they perform it on tour and you can always guarantee that it'll get everyone's flashlights out. Their vocals are always so stunning and tender and it really helps sell the song to being much more than a song being about an affair. LGBTQIA+ community have really taken this in as their song and it's such a shame we didn't even get a video to this part of the song that focused on them. Never forget the iconic moment that they performed this, with a huge Pride flag in a Country where being Queer is illegal. <

006 | Touch [GLORY DAYS]

> Just missing out on the top 5 is an eternal girl band CLASSIC. This was the song that seemed like it made Little Mix "cool" to like and it wasn't really thought that they were "guilty pleasures" as such to a lot of people anymore. This pops off incredibly in a club setting. I feel this was their first genuine club banger and it's always, ALWAYS a major highlight when it's performed live on tour. The video gets a hard time, but apart from the obvious video-shopping stuff, I ADORE it. This will ALWAYS be THAT SONG I think. It never fails to get old or pop off. WHAT. A. SONG. WHAT A CLASSIC. <[/i]

005 | Towers [SALUTE]

> At #05 is the highest song to appear from their 2nd album, 'Salute'. Such a massive, mid-tempo power ballad. This was instantly a fan favourite in 2013, so much of a fan favourite that iirc this was added last minute to the 'Salute' tour setlist! It's just so emotional and powerful. It could and should have been a huge hit for them. They should've released this over 'Little Me', imo. Sonically, this fits right next to 'Nothing Else Matters', 'The Cure' & 'Breathe'. Just a huge anthemic, emotional pop power ballad. STUNNING. <

004 | Wasabi [LM5]

> A SONG. You can tell that making this song was really therapeutic for Jade. She had stuff to say and SHE SAID IT. The production on this is incredible, I love how erratic it goes and then is brought back in for the hook and chorus. It's highly addictive. You can spam this for hours and not get bored of it. Their performance of this on the LM5 tour is a major career highlight and is up there with 'Lightning' as one of my favourite tour performances that I've witnessed. <[/i]

> That's right after years and years of being my favourite LM track it's now been relegated to 3rd place. Is it coz I'm bored of it? HELL NO! The 2 above it have just struck me more. I still love this with my whole heart. It's insane that I haven't tired of this a single bit and quite the opposite happens when I listen to it. It just reignites something in me that makes me love it like it's the first time I've heard it. I am happy with either version but MGK verse is top tier, I'm sorry. So addictive, catchy, chill and melancholy! I love it's whole vibe. The perfect Summer bop. <

> This was an INSTANT favourite from the album when the album dropped. I love the British, Garage vibe it has. It's one of those songs that I can't play just once. I have to have it on repeat a few times before I'm fine with not listening to it again. The chorus and hook is insanely good! Plenty of harmonies and vocal moments from all of them. It should have been a single as I think it would have been huge for them. Extremely happy they performed it on the 'Confetti' tour! So, so, SO good. I will never tire of this I don't think. <[/i]

Your top 10 would be similar to mine if I were to rank tbh. Sweet Melody is definitely their best song to me, and one of my favourite songs of all time.

However, I'd replace DNA, Towers and Wasabi with Monster in Me, The Cure and Power. But yeah the former three would still make top 20 for me.
