'Feel Good Inc.' is a must! for the other two I'd probably pick 'S.O.S.' and 'When You Were Young'

Normal time should be fine for me this week but not massively fussed either way

I don't mind a later slot, though 7-10 would be a little awkward even in the holidays as I usually have to prepare dinner at that time!

There's a chance I may miss quite a bit of this week's (if it stays at 4-7), but I'm hoping I can still catch some of it as 2005/6 were great years for chart toppers and it's the first time I started my weekly listening to the chart show! Gonna miss next week and potentially the week after so sadly not gonna see a lot of my peak chart geek days (the number 1s of that period weren't incredible granted, though I have a lot of memories attached to them), hopefully no issues after x

My top 3 from that lot would be Feel Good Inc, When You Were Young and the highly underrated Nature's Law, quite a few others there I'd be fine with hearing though.

Happy to go along with Gorillaz and The Killers which seem to be consensus picks, I think they'd both at least be in my top 5 of this lot. Although I think I'd put 'Gold Digger' and 'Speed Of Sound' as my top 2 so one of those being played as well would be fab (I see we have much less of a consensus for a third song oops x). 'Tripping' being the other one that I think would complete my top 5, actually forgot that charted as high as #2!

I'm happy with the current timeslot still but wouldn't be hugely bothered if it was moved a bit later.

Sadly cannot join today :/ off to the beach :o

I've been fine with these sessions clashing with dinner / washing up time (usually between 5.30-6.30) as I can still listen and comment a bit, though not as much, but since 4-7 has worked for everyone else most weeks I've been happy to stick with it.

However I will suggest we move the time this Sunday, since it clashes with the Euro 2022 final starting 5pm, which the Lionesses have now reached!

I'm happy with either 7-10 or an earlier time like 1.30-4.30 (allowing an extra 30 mins on the end for the bonus tracks). Which would everyone prefer?

I couldn’t do earlier this week as I’ll be travelling back from a weekend away but 7-10 would be fine. I guess there’s a danger of the match going beyond 7 though with extra time?
If it comes to that, personally I'd still be OK with us starting at 7 and dividing attention between that and the football for a bit. It's the prospect of splitting my attention 3 ways and having dinner at the same time that's a bit much.
Hahaha I usually listen while watching sports at the same time

oh Foundations is a must, not only cos the song is genius but cos it missed the top by a very narrow margin

I know it's overplayed and abused on the XF auditions but always liked KOL-Use Somebody

Also like Adele-Chasing Pavements, nice little tune from when Duffy was bigger than her...

lots of great #2s actually, really like most of those

Lots of good ones there. Jeff Buckley's Hallelujah is a must to erase the memories of the X Factor demolition job. Brianstorm, Your Love Alone Is Not Enough, Valerie and Rule The World should all be contenders.

OK unless anyone objects in the next hour or so we’re going with the later slot, starting at 7. Good luck lionesses! 🦁

Sorry for the slow reply, been away the last few days - fine with having a later timeslot today (although I think that means it may be clashing with BJSC results so I might be a tad more distracted than usual).

My picks for the #2s today would be 'Brianstorm', 'Hallelujah' and 'Day 'N' Nite' I think! But plenty of other good stuff there.

Later slot definitely works for me too as I have family round at the moment!

Would probably choose Rule The World, Your Love Alone Is Not Enough and Let Me Think About It
