So sorry that I didn't manage to follow along live but it's been a joy to catch up on, omg that last minute snatch :o thrilled that the gorgeous 'CORALINE' connected so much with the BJSC voters, a special thank you in particular to Bray, Harry and Mack for the gold medals :heart: I did hope the power of Måneskin would give me a good shot of continuing my top 10 streak in pride spinoffs, but I did not see a win coming whatsoever. I'd highly recommend the parent album 'Teatro D'ira Vol. I' to anyone who hasn't heard it!

 

Those results generally look pretty solid (yay Pestolia in the top 10 especially!) although would've liked to have seen Cumulonimbia a bit higher. Edit: oh Persephonia bottom 3 is far too low too!

The top 3 ended up in the exact order that I'd have predicted actually! I did think Kyriatine looked like snatching as it was going along but happy for Jade taking it. Two great songs. And it was DESTINY for Jade to win naturally as soon as I decided to vote :lol:

 

And yay for doing well! 'YouYouYou' would absolutely have been my entry if it wasn't too cheap so I'm glad I got to enter it somewhere.

Should I Rebrand to Flydonna??

 

I am so happy with 11th, afrer reading through lukewarm response on discord I was worried but so happy people liked it. For me I know Josef has better songs but for me "promiscuity" is a future pride classoc because it makes me feel free, postitive and proud to be who I am.

Omg Jade you sneaky beach! :lol: I’m happy with second place though - my second pride spin-off silver! It did look like it was too good to be true tbh but now I just need to replicate this result (or do it one better) in the main contest.

Sorry I missed this! Very glad that Måneskin won, especially as their Italian material deserves way more love (Torna a casa is still my fave but CORALINE would be very close behind). Super happy with 7th place too, that keeps my streak of top ten spin-off results (still to manage even one top ten in the main contest, oh well x) - thanks to anyone who voted for Lynks! :heart:

In the end I voted for the whole bottom 3, all of those deserved better :( thanks uhsting for hosting a great contest!
