November 26, 2025Nov 26 He's done here, the players look mentally defeated and the opposition can smell blood. I've watched us loads and no matter who plays we look rubbish and a lot of that is the tactical set up. What's bonkers is he tweaked it and we got good results against Villa and Madrid and then he tweaks it back to his slow and dull Pep-lite possession play that we don't really have the players for as we nobody at the back who can progress the ball.I genuinely don't think he knows how to turn it around - suspect he might last another couple of games, but I think he's gone.
November 26, 2025Nov 26 Odds on for next manager if he were to go? I mean, it looks like a catastrophe which if not handled fast could derail much faster for both your prem and champions league places.
November 26, 2025Nov 26 Author Surely that's it, that performance against PSV was woeful, one of the worst Liverpool performances I've seen for an while.
November 26, 2025Nov 26 Slot lost the plot. Just a year on when people said he was going to slot right in, it seems soon he will be hitting the slot machines looking for his next win.

December 8, 2025Dec 8 Wow wheels have completely fallen off now with the Salah stuff, echoes of Ronaldo 2022 here where I can't see anything but it either being Salah or Slot that has to go now. Giving a 33 year old who clearly only had one good season left in the tank a £400K a week contract for 2 years biting you on the ass there. This is why also we should have snapped off the hands of the Saudi contingent offering insane money for Bruno in the Summer...

I don’t think we’re that daft. We always knew Saudi would bite their hands off him at some stage- I just don’t think we foresaw Salah’s numbers dropping off a cliff. What is complete shitshow at the moment is there is obviously chaos behind the scenes, I suspect it ends with both Slot and Salah moving on in the summer.
December 8, 2025Dec 8 Arne Slot is getting cooked in the Champions League presser regarding the Mo Salah situation.
January 23Jan 23 Author Tottenham have approached Liverpool about signing defender Andy Robertson. The Scotland captain is out of contract in the summer, and preliminary talks have started over a move to Spurs. An outcome is expected in the next few days.
January 23Jan 23 Liverpool could be the only club who have an injury crisis with defenders and decide to sell one. This is really annoying as we have a habit of making ourselves weaker and looking too strategically. Obviously you'd expect we would bring Tsimikas back, but he is not as strong as Robertson so we're already weaker here. He's been a fantastic player and an amazing servant. But he's clearly not the peak Roberson from 2018-2020 anymore. Seen far too many games over the last 18 months where he's made the wrong decision and his pace can't bail him out anymore.
January 23Jan 23 I’d still be raging if he went as he’s a good player to have in the squad and changing room. Yeh we def need some defenders in!
February 12Feb 12 First team to win at the Stadium of Light. And with that no team will be completing the season with an undefeated home record.

Lots to work on but we’re starting to dominate games for large chunks. We’re certainly not perfect and will still drop points but we’ve given ourselves a chance.First team to win at Sunderland this season and we were mostly dominate. Still think we let momentum slide too quickly in games towards the end. Our finishing is quite patchy. But it gives us a chance of that Top 5. I am slightly worried about our squad though. Pretty much bare bones now.
Saturday at 00:033 days Mo Salah has now scored more goals for Liverpool than anyone has ever scored for Man United. You’ll miss him when he’s gone…..
