He released a tech House song called "Drugs From Amsterdam" on Friday and got a lot of supports from big DJs, such as Tiesto, John Summit & Gordo.

It was also featured on Danny Howard's Radio 1 Dance Party.

 

I've seen this a lot on TikTok. I like how it builds, especially the final drop

Top 191 on Spotify today. Instant love for me. Such an amazing underground dance tune.

Unsurprisingly this is #1 on Beatport

I was never huge fan of Maurice's big room stuff so I was really suprised to hear his set at a festival this summer. He was stil under his old artist name but already played a tech house/progressive set. This one was one of the tracks I tried to Shazam, glad it's finally out!

When it has been played on the dance shows it's just Mau P - Amsterdam

 

The lyrics are edited to 'off my ****, don't know where I am, 'cause I got my ***** from Amsterdam'

This is a total banger!

 

It doesn't sound remotely commercial though, so interesting to see it shaping up to be a potential hit.

I don't like the title or lyrical theme.

 

Melodically though I like the bit from 2:58 to 3:05 - reminds me a bit of Amsterdam's finest, 2Unlimited - wish that bit was longer as the rest of the song I find a bit boring melodically.
