February 15Feb 15 I like Everest though the tilt probably needs some adjusting. It doesn't really allow for using your feet at all.Interesting episode this week. Nikki's height seemed to disadvantage her, plus I thought the way they just let her walk through the last part of Gauntlet was a bit odd. Duel was fascinating with 3 of them basically breaking the roles.
February 15Feb 15 Mo should have been disqualified altogether for that hit against Bionic after the whistle had been blown. Wasn’t buying his excuse either that he didn’t hear the whistle. He looked genuinely raging in that moment. Probably the only competitor across all three series that hasn’t shown good sportsmanship at all. And then to go on and win the eliminator too, was so disappointed with the outcome 🤢 Sid was by far the better competitor. The female eliminator too, gosh. That poor girl, but at least she caught up in the end
February 21Feb 21 Not sure I see the point in Suspension Bridge being introduced considering there's always little to no success against the gladiators in Duel, so why bother with another layer of difficulty? Gutted for Tyler there, he was such a brilliant competitor and did amazing
February 22Feb 22 Suspension Bridge seems to be a mishmash of Duel and Collision. I much prefer Unleash and Destruction when it comes to the new games as they at least do something a bit different to the others.
February 22Feb 22 Surprised Josh won tbf usually the brought back contestant gets knocked straight back out sp fair play to him

February 22Feb 22 He got lucky at the end arriving at the travelator just as Tyler hadn’t managed to make it the first time to be fair. That’s all it came down to really otherwise he’d have been toast.
March 7Mar 7 I was missing Bionic in the last 2 episodes and wondered why he didn't appear in any events at all, so I guess this injury explains it and they're showing the episodes out of sequence.
March 7Mar 7 Finn through slay, he's probably my favourite to win at this point!Mo back for the semis though

Shame it was to injury though.Sad Finn lost out there in the closest of races, I don't really think it's that fair when somebody steps in then absolutely stomps the eliminator because they're not tired out (in Tyler's case tonight all he had to do was hang onto some rings then straight to the eliminator with a head start too) , but I do like Tyler so I guess it's just the nature of the game. Finn was brilliant to watch this series though
March 14Mar 14 I wonder if there is an alternative to drafting someone in mid-way through because someone's injured. It'd make for a slightly downbeat show if they gave the contender a free pass to the final. I'm not sure about some of the events. Suspension Bridge & Duel and Atlaspheres & Crash Course seem to do very similar things. I know they don't use them in the same episode but still.
March 14Mar 14 Suspension Bridge definitely needs to be scrapped for series 4I also didn't know until tonight that they decide the fastest runner up qualifier for the QFs and SFs by having the contenders play Duel against one another (but there were no clear winners this series so Mark just decided based on overall performance lol )
March 15Mar 15 Tbf i think it was oddly satisfying Tyler won being the replacement considering he lost his own quarter final for pretty similar reasons someone coming back due to injury
March 17Mar 17 I’m enjoying this series, but personally I’d be up for them shortening the series and perhaps air it twice a year. I think 4 heats, 2 semi finals and a final for 7 episodes feels more satisfying than 5 heats, 3 quarter finals, 2 semi finals and a final for 11 episodes. It bugs me that every round has a “fastest runner up” going through just to draw the series out. I’d also like to see something introduced to make each round feel more defined. I like that they’ve introduced more events this series but it still feels like we’re watching the same contenders compete in the same events each week. There have been a lot of injuries this series, I wonder if we might see some new Gladiators next year?
March 21Mar 21 Meh, another unsatisfying outcome (on both counts tonight). Was really rooting for Millie and Shaun to make it to the final, so next week's gonna be most underwhelming to watch I should be rooting for Josh because he's Scottish, but alas... no. Tyler ftw I guess
March 21Mar 21 Hang Tough has been used a lot more than I remember last series. It is very much a test of how long you can hold on, isn't it? 😄I was rooting for Shaun purely for the story of him bettering his dad but Josh put in a very good showing.

Will be interesting to see if we get yet more new events next year if there's new ones on the upcoming US version they decide to adopt.
