So turns out my dispatch notification was correct - got it on Monday and just got it delivered (but only my Jade Green had come!! I ordered the other 3 in a separate order)

 

Anybody who ordered the Jade Green - is it just me or does it look more blue in real life than Green?! It’s nice but I’m annoyed, I wanted it to be Green :lol:

Just out of interest. Does the Cd contain explicit lyrics? I hate swearing in songs and there is just no need for it so won’t support this otherwise. I know there is a clean digital version but I only buy physicals.

There is a clean version of the Moonstone Blue edition CD - can be bought here on her official UK store.

I ordered the CD/cassette when it was first announced

then i got the jade green cd when it was 'limited edition' cos it was pretty

and then i ordered the mahogany & blood moon cds to have the full clock.

and then the signed moonstone blue cd when it was made available

 

the jade green one came on saturday and the signed one on monday

today i got the rest of them! YAY!!!

I'm slowly getting to know the album, have done two full listens now. 'Bigger Than The Whole Sky' particularly jumped out at me as instantly gorgeous from listen #1. :wub:

 

I'm finding it hard to rank but my top 5 right now would include a combination of Anti-Hero, Bigger Than The Whole Sky, The Great War, Snow On The Beach + Would've Could've Should've!

when i first heard it i didn't hear the whole context so thought it was just a random pulled out lyric

Sonically I like the punchiness of 'Karma' amongst quite a low-key soundscape but the lyrics aren't doing it for me at all (what a flop cat lady I know) - which is a frustrating collision :lol:

 

I can just about overlook "sexy baby" on 'Anti-Hero' as it's not quite as front and centre on the song

Ohhhh I see :lol: yeah it's quite cosy to look at with the mahogany style background colour and jumper outfit choice! Got a piece of that mood now despite not having the mahogany format :heart:
