I looked up the UK Top 50 spotify and both Taylor's and AM's tracks (well, most) were below Kylie's. The top 20 is filled with a lot of old ones that are ACR candidates. However, what isn't good (but expected) is that Peggy Gho, Dua and Hannah Laine have gone ahead of Kylie.

Are any of the top 6 due on ACR this coming week?

 

Nope.

 

The only ones I wondered about were Calvin/Ellie and Harry Styles... but I think they are both SCR or 1 week of decline at most.

 

Jazzy and Rudimental have been around for a while, but they have been increasing more than declining, I think

 

The other two are less than 6 weeks

He is on ACR but is selling/streaming so much he’s high up the charts even with ACR applied.

Harry isn't on ACR with As It Was.

 

It was, but it got reset to SCR around the Brits as it increased by more than 25% in streaming.

It now needs to reduce in streaming for 3 consecutive weeks for it to go back to ACR. With continuing tour effect that hasn't happened yet.

Padam Padam down to 20th in its Itunes Worldwide Position, its lowest position yet.

 

You do feel a Friday remix could be good for a little itunes boost around the world and also push the streaming in week 6.

 

 

Honestly, I understand from a financial Pov why she'd want to promote in the usa but I think the lack of UK promo is hurting. Esp with the unprecedented success of PP.

I think the opposite - she’s back to being ‘superstar Kylie’ now rather than promoting on daytime TV.

 

Also there is literally 1 show she could appear on, the fact the prime time Capital Ball performance only pulled in 1.5 million viewers shows that traditional promotion is a thing of that past.

 

99% of the songs in the charts at the moment have had no or very limited TV promo - it’s all social media etc., now.

Yes i like the USA promo, its what may get those Streams high and also she has wine to sell and also maybe a Vegas residency to build momentum for. All the UK promo will be saved until August/September it seems and Europe/Australia in between. Then back to Australia for summer and promo while we all freeze.

 

i notice that Absolute/Jodie Harsh at Glasto today. Did they play Padam Padam anyone know? Also Jake Shears playing Saturday night...... a little appearance from Kylie would be nice :)

If Jakes Shears is in, something tells me Kylie will be there as well. She seems to be doing only NYC promo so easy to hop across the pond again.
