Does Apple Music have seperate entries like Spotify for each remix or are they combined?

 

They get separate entries. I also think the location (E.g. album v single) that they are streamed from gives separate entries as well.

 

I remember last year both Last Christmas and All I Want For Christmas Is You being in their chart twice. In fact, Last Christmas was in their top 20 twice - and I’m pretty sure these weren’t even different mixes. I think it was to do with different playlists using different sources, or rather some using the single and others using a compilation.

Yes, I believe so (I’m not 100% on all the ACT/SCR rules) but another week of decline and then they will be gone!

Someone is now saying Kylie is 11 on the official charts. We need to know as this will spark a mini campaign to try and keep her top 10.

She should shell out some signed stuff honestly. A different CD cover signed by the intern, they could easily sell 2-3k of those.

Before users jump on me I'm still VERY happy with how this did, it went above and beyond. But also I am slightly disappointed that it's progress grinded to a sudden halt around 2 weeks ago. I felt like it was climbing really rapidly and then just suddenly hit the breaks and stalled without slowing down at all first. I wonder if it was weather related?

It could be hun, yeah it seems weird how it just stalled and it was pretty much as soon as the really hot weather stopped

 

Anyway hun, let the bad weather continue this week so those 4 songs above Kylie go on ACR after this week hun then the nice weather can come back and hopefully Kylie gets a nice boost hun.

 

Also there hasnt been much promo for a while in the UK. I domt know if any big shows are on hun at the moment that she could appear on?

This to be honest - I literally didn’t mind what happened to it after the first week it went Top 10 that was such an achievement and unthinkable a few months ago that for a Kylie single it’s been huge and pushed her back into the bigger limelight.

 

I want/hope it does more but even if it fell out of the charts next week I wouldn’t be mad - it’s been an incredible moment and big kick start to the new album.

^^ Always feels too late when they start promoting the playlists, as you say this should be a thing for them every Friday and then updates scattered throughout the week.

 

Guess they are trying to get a few extra streaming sales in this week - they should just drop the Jax Jones remix to 59p and promote that on her socials instead to secure some sales.
