Its amazing how some people are complaining its not on Itunes and Spotify etc. Hey message actually says exclusive to to her website. Maybe some are totally oblivious as to why BMG have released it on a Wednesday etc and in Marketing/Sales tactics used to try and keep a song in the top 10 etc. Its not there to be streamed yesterday and today, its there for instant sales lol

I like the way they have done that for instant sales abdcavaikable on a wider scale tomorrow, really hope it works like they planned as it will could help padam padam stay top 10 across 2 weeks.

The response to the remix feels quite muted.

 

But on the flip side fans have really supported this to get it Top 10 (CD, Cassette, Extended Mix & Extended Video store exclusives then subsequent general release), so now it’s achieved it they are waiting for the mixes to hit mainstream platforms.

 

Obviously I understand why they have dropped it on a Wednesday and I bought it but totally get why people haven’t - so many fans have already downloaded and bought 10+ formats.

The Shazam, Apple Music, Itunes chart listing on Kworb are definitely growing which is great to see.

 

It's probably sold 400-500 downloads off her website.

 

Should pick up some good download numbers off itunes too. Jax will probably send a tweet out etc too. Wonder if we will get his remix and an extended remix on Friday or maybe one this week and one next week .

 

Was checking out his remxiea on Spotfiy and has got between 5-25m streams total per remix which recently includes George ezra etc

It's hard to tell from that 25 second clip so they may well to stream and see if they like before they purchase. Remixes aren't for everyone, but can be popular with others

We just need those 10 out of 10 Pride remixes by Mr Heldens to drop too

I really would love to know what Amazon have done with the regular versions of Padam Padam in their charts though. Have they limited it so only the extended is showing because otherwise she'd take up the top 3 spots for weeks on end?

They may well be getting ready to release the regular version again with the Jax Jones attached as a marketing strategy

Any news on Itunes of the Jax Jones remix in Australia/NZ? 37 mins until it should /could hit NZ?

 

that mailout suggests its not an exclusive now so maybe it is coming very soon to Itunes/Spotify

Great news it’s being added to all platforms - will pick up additional sales at Amazon and iTunes plus of course streaming.

Who knows there’s still a chance of better playlists positioning for the main version.
