Goo Goo Dolls at 13 is no surprise. It is basically the 90's equivalent of 'Mr Brightside' but with a much lower peak originally.

I'm hoping

Mr Blue Sky

will be number 1 or at least top 5.

That timing

Yessss Nirvana so high  I really got into all three of their studio albums about a year ago. Belated appreciation for 'Come As You Are' making the countdown too.
Was hoping The Chain could make it into the top 10, a great song and the instrumental section near the end worked well as the theme tune to the F1 coverage too!

10 Toploader - Dancing In The Moonlight

9 Whitney Houston - I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)

A tiny bit surprised to see Toploader top 10 tbh but a good singalong nonetheless and certainly miles better than that stupid dance remake from 2 years ago :drama:
Dancing In The Moonlight gets to be the highest one from the year 2000 (although ofc the album was 1999)

Wiki says DITM first released Feb 2000

Edit I see album version 1999
