doing well there! My mate went to see the act singing your mum's fave last week on their (prob) final tour. Mike Batt wrote and produced that one and it topped my charts the same year he was still a Womble hitmaker and topped my chart as a solo act! :lol:

'California Dreamin'

is a big favourite but I need to venture further!

DJ Mike Read asked me the question (my first one) and I stood there on the Radio 1 roadshow mouth open like a goldfish as the crowd shouted at me. "You can't see me" said Mike as he touched my shoulder. I thought he'd gone mad till the answer dawned on me. And he took the piss out of me wearing a sweater on a hot sunny day :lol:
