There are 55 seated tickets left to be sold according to my current count of the seat map

I can’t believe they’re on the verge of selling out the O2 in a matter of hours. HOURS

But the top floor isn’t open apparently. They should open it

So in light of Madonna’s tour I’m having to sell my tickets for this, I’ve seen them twice on the last tour so have to prioritise Madge. PM me if interested I’d sell them cheaper than what I paid, it’s section 112

I keep checking as I want to go but it's just a dear do going to London etc.

On AXS there is rather a lot of tickets available, slightly worrying if the upper half also hasn't been released?

There wasn’t many seats in tier 1 available when I last checked. Not sure about how many standing tix are still available tho

Unless a lot of resale tickets have suddenly appeared

I did look just on Ticketmaster and there are suddenly a lot of tickets showing for sale, girls need to promote! I'm sure after all their festivals the lowers tiers will all be sold!

I am sure by the end of all the summer shows the show should sell out

I wonder why they did this random one night only show...

I would assume it’s partly because if it was part of a tour then people would be less willing to travel into London for it, lowering ticket sales, and because by being a one off it makes it more of a stand out event.

I hope we get a special and tailored setlist for the occasion

Very exciting to see them in such a large arena. They’ve never been much of an arena band, 1.0 especially.

I genuinely don't understand why the likes of Blue, JLS, S Club etc are able to sell out arena tours but Sugababes can't? Sugababes were just as big as those names and actually had more #1s than any of them, it doesn't make sense to me?

I don't mean any shade but I think if it was 2.0 it would have been arena shows. It was the version that myself and many other people grew up with.

With Blue, JLS, S Club 7, it is the full original line-up and arguably 2.0 was the most popular iteration of the band.

Hopefully they sell out the O2, as I can see they haven't been selling the upper levels.

However, saying all of the above I am happy for 1.0's success and i've really grown to really like Siobhan after always being a 2.0 stan.

I don't think even 2.0 would be able to do it to be honest - they were never marketed as a show-ey big arena type of group and always did more intimate type of shows without dancers and flashy screens. Add that the line-ups never lasted enough for them to build up to arena touring type of demand that would've forced them to upscale their shows (like Adele eventually had to do).

I think the O2 gig is basically them dipping their toes in very carefully, possibly staging a bit more elaborate show to build interest in touring larger venues and see what they can do/be comfortable with.

I would love the girls to start doing arena shows, I feel like they deserve it and their discography is immense!

They need/deserve budget.

Really agree with this first part. I never saw them in that way either.

The only line up to do an arena tour was actually 3.0 for the Greatest Hits tour

2.0, despite talking up the commercials, never touched arenas.

Ultimately they sell on their vocals not the entire show and a smaller venue makes a more vocal experience better. They’re never gonna put on a Beyoncé style stadium gig but equally, unlike Beyoncé they actually sing more than 20% of the song when they’re on the stage.
