El Condor Pasa & Paradise of Love, I'm not a huge fan of dance music without voals but I did like that sample I heard in latter one.

I enjoy the Sia version too.

 

Though I first heard the song through it's use in The Sketch Show going back about 21 years ago.

Unbreakable was alright, but I'm finding myself enjoying this a little less as I progress. Still a very decent dance album though.

I think I like the original too much to switch to a trance version, it was one of those what on earth moments for me but clearly some of you liked it!

Vive El Presente, this one was ok. I think I'm getting into the groove of this album now. I imagine it'd be a good album to have on whilst running.

Take Me Back To Heaven, this was quite nice. For me they're starting to blend in a little with each other. Not a bad thing as you can just pop it on and it's a great listening pace. (if that makes sense)

As an seperation from the album.. DJ Sammy only had one more top 40 that charted in 2005, a cover of Annie Lennox's 'Why'. I would have assumed he had more than just 4 top 40 (they were all top 10's in itself) hits but nope.

I always loved this album, it spawned three No.1s on my chart - Heaven, still my 5th favourite song of all-time, Boys of Summer, and also the California Dreamin’ cover which I absolutely adore.

 

Sunlight and Beautiful Smile were top three hits for me too! The Candlelight mix of Heaven was always gorgeous as well, I still hear commercial radio play both versions quite a bit.

I’ll be interested to see when Juan Carlos picks his, the choices so far have been really varied! Good work mods!

Yes I hope so too, Friday tends to be an evening I’m rarely free but happy to catch up on the thread afterwards and listen to the album if I don’t know it to try and contribute.
