Expecting You Only Love Me will be viewed as only a filler single after this is out...

Well, that was fast.

I was having a 90s hit playlist on shuffle the other day and it's still amazing. Honestly, I'm surprised no one really thought about re-working it to add more vocals - I assume Rita will add verses etc to this and they'll keep the "We've come a long, long way together / Through the hard times and the good / I have to celebrate you, baby / I have to praise you like I should / I have to praise you" as the chorus.

Didn’t like the original so disappointed this is the follow up.

The original is a total dance classic, not sure how they will turn it into a pop song,

maybe they are just using a sample

Follow-up almost makes it sound like the first single has been anything of note.

It sounds pretty much as I expected with none of the lovely subtlety of the original, but what can you expect in this TikTok era?
I hate the original and I'm not *too* hyped about this one either. I seem to have suddenly lost interest in everything she's done recently and Idk why :( I full on stan her first two eras (and everything in between + seeing her live was great!). It's a shame.

I think it shows that she's now lost her budget/clout, and there's an air of cheapness + desperation about it all.
