April 8, 20232 yr Author I remember posting the Shabnam one on here when it came out. I really liked her personally despite that cover being bad  and yes Andy Abraham released a flop single before he entered Eurovision a couple of years later!
April 8, 20232 yr The late Darius deserves an early shoutout; GAcSp8TOobY Also some others; GFbD6fhGsvk 4KqPPHhbv_0 u10dNm9mGxk sVEevu-GN5c
April 8, 20232 yr Let's see the difference in quality between Reality TV shows that were supposed to produce music - X Factor (Leona, 1D, JLS etc) and Fame Academy (Alex Parks... erm...) and those who weren't - Big Brother (Chanelle Hayes, Nadia, Craig).
April 8, 20232 yr There were big number of songs from Big Brother participants in different European countries. For sample : Betty Owczarek from Belgium. XAxdA3OOiSM l2M7SVmjnuw Her "Decadence" is in my top 5 ESC-related songs of all decade. Ic3CPudx7sI

April 9, 20232 yr Let's see the difference in quality between Reality TV shows that were supposed to produce music - X Factor (Leona, 1D, JLS etc) and Fame Academy (Alex Parks... erm...) and those who weren't - Big Brother (Chanelle Hayes, Nadia, Craig). Definitively - I don't really count people like Darius into this category because obviously he participated in something where the goal was to eventually land him a record deal (hopefully). Those Big Brother ones were always more opportunistic because quite often, they clearly couldn't sing in tune and were just released to attempt to cash in on perceived popularity versus actually building a long-term career.
April 9, 20232 yr Author Never heard this one until now but it's Big Brother 2's Dean 'O' Laughlin' and Paul 'Bubble' Ferguson's release of a Footie song which limped in at #99 in 2002! d2tCwZLTgUE
April 9, 20232 yr Let’s give Chico his moment as of course he would get included in this thread! O_-isKzt4O4 Also I thought Jedward were 2000’s too but a few months late with their iconic single with Vanilla Ice. :P
April 9, 20232 yr Author Guess it wouldn't go amiss to mention the Buzzjack icon for most.. R8rtWvWD9co
April 21, 20232 yr Author A bit out of place considering it's a Christmas single but Craig from BB with his Gary Barlow written and vocal similar ATOY! GhxbP5o9DoE
