Way up there as one of my favourite tracks and I still listen to it a lot now, plus it restored Dannii to chart glory :cheer:

Fun fact, this was before I came out so my friends knew I liked Kylie and then one of them were like "Dannii's hotter".

Is this my favourite Dannii single? Could be! Along with 'I Begin to Wonder', this is one of the Dannii songs I remember being on the music channels. The song that reignited a new musical chapter for Dannii. Thank you Pete Tong!

I'm glad it didn't happen - it's a lovely song but a Dannii ballad in December? Entry at #48 hello. Would've wrecked her run.

'It Won't Work Out' feels so tacked on, I get they probably it's customary for an album to have a ballad but I really don't think 'Neon Nights' needed it. It's only an okay track for me in its own right anyway.

Is the "acoustic" version the original version? Listening to my 2003 cd so I don't know what you all are listening to, but the OG version certainly isn't "acoustic".

Agree would have been an era killer - in between all the club bops then releasing this. Deffo gives all the #48 chart smash vibes you mentioned :lol:

For sure i jumped out my skin the first time.

 

The rate was certainly impeeded due to website issues.

I was so glad when It's wont work out and Come and get it were scrapped as singles, but gutted Creep did not get to be a single.

 

Piece of time and It won't work out should have been B-sides, while Nervous and Goodbye song should have been on the original album track list.
