Well that depends on whether the vinyl sales are actually counted towards its total (3 physical maximum rule, the vinyl is the fourth). I suppose if it is the case that every physical single that The Beatles have released this week contributes to their chart position/sales, then OCC would be ignoring their own rule. :thinking: So maybe a fourth would count to Padam Padam after all, but it goes against their own chart rules pdf.

Surely its a case of the sales are counted in to the actual sales but they wouldnt be chart eligable?

 

Yes, would count towards the total I believe but potentially not included for chart purposes.

 

As mentioned will be interesting to see what happens with The Beatles who have 3 x 7”, 2 x 12”, CD and cassette this week.
