September 13, 20231 yr It is being called an album but is clearly an EP… I am very much in the “I refuse to call this an album no matter what” camp too.
September 17, 20231 yr Author GET THIS PROMO TINASHE!!!! This Chris Br*wn drama is all over my Twitter and it’s 90% people dragging him! *.* Ofc there are some incels who will blindly defend anything to do with that abhorrent creature but I’m loving the outporuing of support for her! Also, that headline set her up as she only technically said she was embarrassed with the R Kelly collab and that to her she didnt want the Chris collab as it made no sense to put a rhythmic artist on a pop track.. lmao.
September 18, 20231 yr Author Joyner Lucas defending Chris lmaooooo @1703511227417158139 Tinashe (and Selena) got these bitches MAD AF for something she didn't even say LMAOOOOO.
September 18, 20231 yr Was once a Tinashe stan. Didn't care for the last album 2 albums. T's best work by far is Amythest. Also loved the 'Comfort You' track. She's definitely her best when she steps into the Twigs-esque ethereal R&B (Vulnerable, Secret Weapon, Bet, Cold Sweat, Aquarius, Who Am I Working For et.al) and turns down the shallow sex-kitten stuff. Will give this new project listen thanks for this comment :) ‘Gravity’ is THAT bitch! So lush, dreamy and ethereal. It’s where she excels the most!

September 26, 20231 yr I've not listened to a full album from her since 'Aquarius' but have given this one a go (although generous to call it a full album lmao) - have to echo the love for 'Gravity', the UK garage vibe suits her perfectly (same with 'Tightrope' which is really good too)! I love both of the singles as well (the production on 'Talk To Me Nice' is fantastic, I see Nosaj Thing in the production credits so no surprise as I've been a big fan of his solo stuff, and 'Needs' is just a full fat bop which is definitely going to be an earworm for me). The other 3 tracks aren't doing it for me quite as much, 'Treason' is nice enough, the other two are a bit dull, agreed that 'Uh Huh' is probably the worst song on there, the instrumental is not interesting enough to justify how sparse the vocals are, so a weird choice to push as the focus track.
January 17, 20241 yr Author PLAYING COACHELLA!!!! @1747412687192240583 Same day as Lana! (I'd have preferred Sunday - with Doja and Victoria on that same line-up) INSANELY proud and happy for her!
January 20, 20241 yr Author WE'RE GETTING A TINY DESK CONCERT :cheeseblock: @1748621978603282607 She's been doing so many events these last few months. A lot of movie award carpets, announced for Coachella and a Tiny Desk Concert... we're only 3 weeks into the year :cheeseblock:!
January 21, 20241 yr I keep misreading the album title as BANGLE or BAGEL  Edited January 21, 20241 yr by TheSnake
