August 27, 20231 yr :cheer: no DNQ predictions so here's hoping to avoid a nasty shock. Unfortunately haven't got around to SF-2 yet so can only root for Sovarasma there as the only one I knew pre-contest
August 27, 20231 yr I really don't know what'll happen with my entry tbh I got 50% Q and 50% DNQ predicts, and as a bonus I may have also received the Bre curse. Hoping some of my favourites make it through!

I'm fairly sure now I'm going to DNQ again but I did get 2 predictions to get through so who knows xx hope at least one of the 3 rap songs can make it Yay for Terra Avium and Sovarasma *.* the Tori song was decent too, well done to her finally qualifying on her third attempt after two previous DNQs x

August 27, 20231 yr Well thanks for not making me wait too long! :cheer: Another long DNQ streak avoided phew x Now I really hope my favourites are through as they were big highlights and stuck out quite a bit in the semi.
August 27, 20231 yr Oops I actually thought this one might have done ok for Flynnonda (reminded me a bit of Billie Eilish + thought the fact it was the first 'normal' pop song in the semi after the first 6 songs being quite leftfield might work well in its favour). Lotunia's was decent but not too surprised at that one bombing, not the most standout song as far as afrobeats entries go. I suppose 20+ points for last place is pretty decent in both semis though, no complete no hopers. edit: yay for Danæviia & Dobago *.* The Ultraviolenceland one was one of the several songs in semi 2 that grew on me quite a lot on second listen. Pestolia's is good too ~ (not got a second listen of semi 1 in yet oop but I will do one soon)
