October 12, 20231 yr Hey Jim. Good new #1 in 'DNA'! Bit late to the party with 'Happy New Year' there but it was a good highlight from BJSC last year! New Tom Odell is fine but not sure how it'll hold up compared to some of the others I've heard... and 'Another Love' lol! Not too mad on the Jungle track but it's OK for something a little different I guess. Prefer the one that was sent to BJSC though. Good chart ^_^

Hopefully it'll climb a bit higher now though the fact that's it's repeaking so far into its run is good too. A tiny wee climb but climb nonetheless for get him back. It's a bop! Fab chart ^_^

Thanks, only my second #1 to have been a Top 100 hit (after 'Good Love')! I actually knew it before it appeared in BJSC, but it dropped off my radar as I wasn't doing a personal chart (or BJSC) at the time, so it was great to be reacquainted with it in TBO! Yeah I expect it'll drop below 'Another Love' officially in a couple of weeks, but good for him to have had another commercial hit after so long! Hope it can break into the official Top 10 now! Fantastic to see Mitski already there, such a well-crafted song. Tom Odell's was a surprise for me too. Two of those songs are now forming a BJSC 159 sandwich around my own entry in my top 5! I don't expect too much from mine, but those two should do very well. I'm loving the Metric song, it doesn't have all the tempo shifts 'Doomscroller' has and it's half the length, but still pretty epic. I must give the whole album a listen. I'm glad Subtrax did somewhat OK in the spin-off (oops I got the artist and title mixed up here last week). I hope Kenya's newer song still has some hope of charting officially. I try to listen to as many new songs as possible from these charts, it takes a while with so many threads and I appreciate most people wouldn't have time, but I've found a lot of good stuff like this one. Kessler deserved better in ETOTW but at least got some more recognition from being there.
