February 21, 20241 yr I can't see tension getting a big lift but would love if it did, i do think step back in time might hopefully be back in the top 100 again on the back of the brits. Top 100 or not SBIT will increase for a week or two bringing it closer and closer to going platinum.
February 21, 20241 yr ^^ Agree, I think ‘Tension’ will get a lift but not a huge boost (I’d love to be wrong though). SBIT is certainly primed for a major uplift - they just need to make sure stock of it is available for people to buy.

February 22, 20241 yr I think the extended edits will make up the new edition on tension and maybe a couple of extra remixes. Ideally the new version of tension will have new songs that at least 1 will be a new single, I also think running will be added to the new version.

Mixes already contribute to that song’s streaming sales, therefore to an album’s streams as well, even if said mixes are not included on that album. 2. Padam Padam being the top song on the album would have its impact neutralised down to the average streams of the tracks outside of the album’s Top 2 most streamed songs. Effectively meaning that however much Padam Padam is streamed, it doesn’t specifically help out Tension’s streaming sales.
