'ALL MY PEOPLE' is not included in the album

Confidence Man’s third studio album, "3AM (LA LA LA)" released via CHAOS/Polydor Records/I OH YOU Records, sees the delinquent party starters popify 90's UK rave sounds like no one before.

Inspired by a recent move to London, meeting their idols KLF, and becoming immersed in the queer club scene, Confidence Man have taken the ideas of hedonism, ecstasy and losing yourself to the music and distilled them into pure a-grade euphoria.

Tracklist:

1. WHO KNOWS WHAT YOU'LL FIND?

2. I CAN'T LOSE YOU

3. CONTROL

4. SO WHAT

5. BREAKBEAT

6. SICKO

7. REAL MOVE TOUCH (FEAT SWEETIE IRIE)

8. FAR OUT

9. JANET

10. SO TRU

11. WRONG IDEA

12. 3AM (LA LA LA)

Label: Chaos

I was obsessed with I CAN'T LOSE YOU for months but haven't been too keen on the other tracks. The vocals on SO WHAT aren't great and CONTROL is too similar to Holiday. Liking the 90s vibes of SICKO on first listen though!

The album may not seem as groundbreaking as Tilt, it's still solid. If you want something that truly captures the essence of the 90s dance music scene in 2024 then this is it. My only gripe is a lot of the songs are so repetitive it becomes a little bit boring. BREAKBEAT and CONTROL are standouts for me (plus some love to SICKO for the downtempo vibes)

#9 for this in the UK chart then, their first ever appearance in the album chart and it's a Top 10! Just under 6,500 sales

'SO WHAT' completely killed my hype for this and then 'SICKO' pulled me right back in *.*

The way they've captured the unhinged high-energy essence of 90s dance so perfectly — bop after bop. The title track is giving Orbital?!

4AM (LA LA LA) was relased a few weeks ago, including 3 further tracks ALL MY PEOPLE, I HEART YOU and HOME AGAIN

5AM (LA LA LA) is out this week and is a remix album featuring the likes of Orbital, Jimmy Cauty (from The KLF), Airwolf Paradise, I. JORDAN, SHEE and Special Request

Such a mess with all these album drops! I’ve forgotten most of the non-singles already. The collab with Eliza Rose was awful. The Airwolf Paradise remix of I Can’t Lose You is a straight-up banger, and the Special Request (Paul Woolford) remix sounds promising — looking forward to hearing the whole lot.
