Because Amazon charts are weird and cannot be trusted x

 

(remember Lost Frequencies/Bastille were allegedly #1 on Amazon during their first week but that didn't seem to be reflected at all in the official chart, then they suddenly suspiciously had a huge drop at the end of the week - I think the Amazon chart is either really glitchy or for some reason can be manipulated to give more visible positions to new releases)

In the kindest way, don't rely on the Amazon chart to get your hopes up. As Brer says it's frequently a mess.

 

I think if Sia/Kylie was going to chart this week it would still need to be at the top of iTunes.

I expect these may rise and other tracks to debut on day 2 considering they were not actually available on Spotify for most of the first day (aside from 'TALKING') but I don't think they're going to be too dominant if Apple is anything to go by (the top 3 songs from the album there are now #18, #19 and #20 with 5 more in the top 40, another 6 more top 100 and the lowest at #139).

Because it looks like a link from Sia's team/website and they haven't listed them as options?

Yes but why I wonder ? And no appearance on the The Big Top 40 on Capital which is based on Itunes/Apple streaming etc. If Dannii can make 37 with no streaming and a few downloads then surely Sia and Kylie could have done that.

The song is sinking on iTunes because the fanbase purchases have dried up. It's extremely unlikely to make an appearance on the Apple Music chart without prominent playlisting, same as Spotify.

 

Most people won't be finding the song via that link. The Amazon chart is just dodgy as mentioned before, please take it with a big pinch of salt.
