It's the main "focus track", as in the song that's getting the playlist push on streaming alongside the album release, not sure there's a specific indicator of it being a proper single just yet (for someone like Beyoncé I'd usually expect a Radio 1 playlisting to confirm the single status) but it wouldn't surprise me at the moment. TEXAS HOLD 'EM is the current single still for the time being.

 

 

Yeah it defiantly feels more like a single than when Ranissance dropped. They had various different songs for different playlists across different platforms, but this time it seems to be strictly one song.

I've seen Bodyguard pop up A LOT on Tiktok already so I think it may be the song that just naturally takes off on its own and becomes the 2nd single kinda like Cuff It

There are also reports that Taylor Swift did uncredited background vocals on "BODYGUARD" which is garnering interest quickly. She's listed on the Genius lyrics page and news articles are starting to appear about it.

Jolene is doing the best because its literally a popular classic.. and the Miley collab is being pushed because they are label mates.

Benson a good 250k ahead of Beyonce today, don’t really think the album bounce can counter that for 7 days. As for the album I think when all is said and done the post malone colab will do the best

Spotify do but multiple versions always on apple and amazon

Apple usually do combine the versions but it might take a few days for them to do so, it took about a week for Ariana's standard and deluxe to be combined I think.

I imagine combined Texas will be comfortably #1 on AM now

Apple always initially has the single and album versions separated but they get combined usually within a couple of days (sometimes takes a bit longer but I think that's more when there are 2 different album versions on a standard and deluxe like with '1989 (Taylor's Version)' and 'eternal sunshine').
