They missed a trick not doing a cd/vinyl cover for each 'JADE' in the video and dropping early on.

Hopefully jade holds top 20 again this week which looks like a good chance with her at 8 today.

That first look position should mean she's secured another week in the top 15 at least! Brilliant stuff! I kinda hope they ship the CD's/Cassettes at least, this week tbh.

God, a climb in the 4th week would be amazing AND we still have the physicals to come too.

I played this song to an older friend of mine who doesn't really keep up with current music, and he said "I have to say, by modern pop standards this is actually really quite decent"

 

I feel like that's almost an ultimate seal of approval.

Agreed. Should hopefully see a nice rebound into the top 50 again tomorrow, but it does mean that today it loses it's "Top 50" visibility... (not that I think that has an impact much at all tbh)

 

EDIT: I need the Live version of the SAD version on Spotify immediately! I can't keep doing the growls, notes and ad-libs myself!!!!!

8 again today is great, great chance now of climbing this week and hopefully top 15.

 

She should definitely release the live version even if it’s only on iTunes this week to help try and stay top 10.

There's no way she won't be top 15 this week. The real question is whether it will remain in top 10, and it's highly possible. But again, I'm managing my expectations lol

Apparently the versions all get added to AOMD (hence why she climbed to 44 on Saturdays update - for Fridays streams). Not sure how true that is, but it would make sense. Also, her YT numbers are very strong for both the official music video and the SAD Version! SAD version is still at #6 Trending for music I believe and the MV is #33 most viewed music video of the week to date (which is insane when you look at the entries above her - all intl hits).

 

I think we should see climb on Spotify tomorrow and Wednesday updates, with potential for it to stick on Thursdays update. We’ll see though ofc. But I’m really pleased that they’ve handled this release as well as they have done tbh. It’s nice when artists and their labels actually TRY. It’s even more impressive that she has succeeded to the levels she has without physicals being released and playing a factor.

To be fair the release has been handled well, the physicals may have got her a top 5 on debut week but outside of that its really holding its own and i would think the label will have another trick or 2 up their sleeves to keep the song going.

She's actually at number 5 on Trending for Music now! It seems to be steadily growing each day as the video is now at 650k views already... Really impressive stuff!

Come on Jade - let's get a few more weeks in the top 20
