April 13, 20241 yr Author Not really considered ranking Madonna's artwork other than knowing what my favourites are, but I think this is a decent list. I'd personally have 'Ray of Light' and 'Bedtime Stories' higher but, other than that, not a lot I can argue with there. I was surprised 'True Blue' didn't win but I think her debut and 'Like a Virgin' are a very worthy Top 2 - all three are such classic Madonna shots.

April 15, 20241 yr Rolling Stone Polls are always off.... The top 3 for me are: 1 TRUE BLUE - not just M's greatest album cover, but also the most iconic album cover of all time by any artist! 2. LIKE A VIRGIN 3. MADONNA - The original cover When I think about it, her earliest 3 studio albums were by far the best. The later ones have been really, really subpar!
April 15, 20241 yr I think it's Ray of Light for me. In no small part because turquoise is my favourite colour, but also she looks so gorgeous in that photo and it reflects the mood/feel of the album so well :wub:

I always picture the cover in my mind when I listen to the album.
