The French commentator obviously can't go majorly off script but it's quite funny how in the recaps it's like "vote for Latvia's POWERFUL BALLAD 'Hollow' by Dons by texting 9 or 3632 by phone" and then both times Israel's been recapped it's just like "Israel. 14".
